How
to decode the secret code?
As a unique character of ArtsOnDesk
products, each item has a secret code laser engraved on the
bottom. When you purchase a product, in each box the product
is accompanied by a small booklet, which provides all the
decoding information. By using this information, you can
immediately decode the secret code.
3.
How
to return?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you
don’t like the product, you can just return it with the
original package, receipt and product all in their original
condition. Time period is within 30 days from the date the
package is received. Up on receipt of the returned product
we will issue a full refund to you, or at your option to
swap it for a different product that we supply. A fee of $5
will be deducted from your return refund.

Can I
purchase if I am not living in US?
Yes. Only thing you need is for you to
send us an email stating what you want to order. We will
calculate the shipping cost and reply to you quickly.

How do you ship?
Mostly we use USPS
for shipping. If it is urgent, we can offer UPS or FedEx
with some extra freight charge.
We cannot ship to any Post Office Boxes or US territories
such as American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of
Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston
Atoll, Kingman Reef, Common wealth of the Northern Mariana
Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll,
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
6.
Will
the product scratch the desk surface?
Each product has 4 pads at each corner on
the outside bottom. They will efficiently protect the
product from scratching on a flat surface.
7.
How
to protect the inside bottom of the pen/pencil holder from
scratching?
The Pen/Pencil holder is accompanied by
an optional black felt fabric. Just put it inside the
holder. This will work to keep the inside bottom from
damage.
